Important Transportation Information

Guests must be on board by the posted departure times. Guests who miss the scheduled departure from Plymouth Meeting, PA will forfeit their transportation and theatre package and will not be eligible for a refund.

The motorcoach will depart New York City promptly following the performance. Guests who miss the return departure will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own return transportation.

Overnight parking is not available at all departure locations. We are grateful to our pickup location partners for allowing guests to utilize their facilities for arrivals and departures. Parking fees may apply. Parking is at your own risk and not that of Disney Theatrical Group, Starr, or the departure location.

Please do not contact the departure location directly with questions. Disney Group Sales and Starr Tours will be happy to assist you.

What is included in this trip?

Each package includes one (1) reserved ticket to ALADDIN on Broadway and roundtrip deluxe motorcoach transportation.

How will I receive my Broadway tickets?

Broadway tickets will be delivered digitally through Ticketmaster following purchase and prior to your performance date.

How will I receive my bus ticket?

Your Broadway ticket is your bus ticket.

Are seats assigned?

Yes. Theatre seats are assigned and selected during checkout through Ticketmaster.

Can I choose my exact seats?

Yes. Guests will use a dedicated Ticketmaster link to select from seats eligible for the package. Guests who select seats outside of the package inventory will not be eligible for transportation included with the trip.

Do you offer accessible seating and transportation accommodations?

Accessible accommodations are available on a limited basis based on motorcoach capacity. Guests who require a wheelchair location on the motorcoach or who cannot transfer from their mobility device must contact Disney Group Sales before booking. Wheelchair positions on the motorcoach are limited and are subject to availability. Disney will work with our transportation provider to review available accommodations and confirm whether space is available for your selected departure.

Is transportation included?

Yes. Roundtrip deluxe motorcoach transportation is included with the package.

Are taxes and fees included?

Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Packages are non-refundable. Package reservations may be transferable subject to applicable policies and availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible since both theatre inventory and deluxe motorcoach space are limited.

Can groups book together?

Yes. ALADDIN on Broadway Express Trips are a great option for families, friends, schools, community organizations, senior groups, travel groups, and other outings. Guests may purchase up to 16 tickets per transaction, subject to availability.

Departure locations vary by trip. Please review the details for your selected departure.

Will the bus make more than one stop?

Some departures may include up to two pickup and drop-off locations depending on the itinerary.

Who is the transportation provider?

Disney has partnered with Starr Bus Charter & Tours for the transportation portion of this package. Certain policies and procedures may be established by Starr Tours and are subject to change.

Are seats assigned on the motorcoach?

Yes. Deluxe motorcoach seating is assigned. Your Disney VIP Guide will provide your assigned motorcoach seat upon boarding.

Will the bus have Wi‑Fi?

Yes. Wi‑Fi service can accommodate basic internet browsing and checking and sending email. Streaming video, audio, large downloads, and large attachments are not recommended.

Will there be a restroom on the bus?

Yes. The motorcoach is equipped with a lavatory intended primarily for emergency use.

Will charging outlets be available?

Charging outlets may be available onboard select motorcoaches.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Can I bring luggage or large bags?

No. Large luggage, oversized bags, coolers, and excessive baggage are not permitted.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes. Strollers are permitted and may be stored in the luggage compartment beneath the motorcoach during travel.

Are pets allowed onboard?

Pets are not permitted. Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and transportation provider policies.

What happens when we board the bus?

Your Disney VIP Guide will welcome you aboard and share fun facts, behind-the-scenes stories about ALADDIN and the historic New Amsterdam Theatre, along with a few magical surprises throughout the journey.

Where is ALADDIN performed?

ALADDIN is performed at the historic New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City.

How long is ALADDIN?

ALADDIN runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including intermission.

Are children permitted on the trip?

Yes. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

Will we have free time in New York City?

The motorcoach is scheduled to arrive in New York City around 11:30 AM with a 2:00 PM performance. Guests are encouraged to arrive at the New Amsterdam Theatre by 1:30 PM. Most departures include free time to explore, dine, shop, or sightsee before the show. Please review your specific itinerary.

Where will the motorcoach drop us off?

The motorcoach is scheduled to drop guests near the New Amsterdam Theatre and return to the designated pickup location following the performance. Pickup and drop-off locations may change due to traffic, permitting, security, or city regulations.

Are meals included?

Meals are not included in this package.

DAY OF TRAVEL & POLICIES

How early should I arrive?

Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow for check-in and boarding.

Is a waiver required?

Yes. All guests must sign a waiver prior to participation.

What happens if I arrive late at the departure location?

Guests must check in before the scheduled departure time. Guests who miss check-in or arrive after departure will forfeit their reservation and transportation.

What happens if I’m late returning to the bus after the show?

Guests are responsible for returning to the motorcoach by the scheduled departure time. Guests who fail to return before departure will forfeit their return transportation and will be responsible for arranging their own travel home.

Is parking available at the departure location?

Parking availability varies by departure location. Guests who choose to park at a pickup location do so at their own risk. Disney and its partners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles.

What happens if the bus is delayed?

Travel times are estimates only. Departure and arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, mechanical issues, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Can transportation plans change?

Transportation providers, vehicle types, pickup locations, departure times, and operational details are subject to change. Guests should review the website and departure communications for updates.

Are there any guest conduct requirements?

Alcohol, illegal substances, smoking, vaping, and other prohibited activities are not permitted on the motorcoach. Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by Disney, theatre staff, transportation providers, and their Disney VIP Guide.
