Thank you for your interest in a school trip with Disney on Broadway. We are thrilled to welcome New York City students to experience the magic of live Broadway theater.
This page is designed specifically for NYC Department of Education schools and includes everything you need to successfully process your purchase order, receive tickets, and complete post-performance requirements.
Important Note: We can only accept DOE Purchase Orders from New York City schools.
Purchase Order Group Booking Process
1. CONFIRM VENDOR INFORMATION
Disney Theatrical Sales can only accept Purchase Orders from New York City Department of Education schools.
Please ensure the following vendor information is used when submitting your PO.
Vendor Name: Buena Vista Theatrical Group Ltd.
NYC DOE Vendor Number: BUE71051501
2. SUBMIT YOUR PURCHASE ORDER
Upon receiving your invoice, please email a PDF copy of your DOE Purchase Order to the Disney Theatrical Sales team.
Your email should include:
- Full school name, including number and official name if applicable
- School address, including borough
- School finance contact who will certify the PO after the performance
All required information must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation.
3. FINALIZE YOUR GUEST COUNT
Your final student and chaperone count is due two weeks before the payment due date listed on your invoice. This is the final opportunity to reduce the number of tickets.
For performances occurring within 60 days, Purchase Order confirmation is required before tickets can be placed on hold with the Box Office.
4. ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE
Your school’s tickets will be held at the box office for pick up.
5. COMPLETE POST‑PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
After attending the performance, please upload your attendance list to Polaris.
Once completed, our team will submit your invoice to Polaris so your school finance contact can certify the Purchase Order for payment.
